Jack Healing was the Club’s first secretary and instrumental in the founding of the club in 1906. A local JP, he was instrumental in bringing local businessmen to the club. He was in post from 1906 through to 1919.
The longest hole on the course. At just under 600yds, 3 good shots are almost always required to get home. The 30yds or so before the green takes the ball from left to right and towards the back of the green. Aim short and to the left side of the green to remain on the putting surface. A tricky, undulating green awaits you once you finally arrive.
