An incredible starting hole with beautiful views whilst being nearly 800ft above Sea Level.
A short downhill par 5, usually with the prevailing wind, is an opportunity to start your round with a Par or better. A good drive favouring the left side of the fairway should utilise the downhill slope and leave you in perfect shape for your second shot. The long hitter could easily reach the green with their 2nd shot albeit a blind shot up the hill. The shorter hitter is advised to favour the right side of the fairway, avoiding the deep cross bunker, to leave a pitch shot up the full length of the green. Beware going through the green with your approach as getting up and down will test you to the maximum.
