This is the name given by historians to the ancient trackway that crosses the 6th fairway.
A straight away par 4 demanding an accurate tee shot between the avenue of trees. Important to try and hit the correct level of a 2-tier green with your approach. A false front makes this a difficult task. Bunkers to the sides of the green are wise to be avoided as they are a tough “up and down”.
